Plant Audits

We offer plant audit services to inspect and trouble shoot equipment in our product range for maintenance related or process related issues and submit reports to set right the problems. We have the engineering capability to manufacture and supply equipment to replace equipment of any make to suit the existing foot print.

Laboratory Testing Facilities

Malvern Engineering maintains a well-equipped laboratory at their Germiston works with laboratory equipment available for carrying out magnetic separation test with customer samples. We encourage our customers to participate and witness the test work in progress with their samples. In the “Resources” page of our web site you can download the “Laboratory Test Form” and send it to us after completing and we will advise how much quantity of samples needs to be sent and where it should be addressed. Our strategic partners also maintain laboratories at their respective premises and we may, at times, recommend the samples to be sent to them.

Repair / Refurbishment of Magnetic Equipment

At Malvern Engineering Works, we deploy a separate team to carry out repair and refurbishment of old equipment. Besides offering the advantage of bringing the equipment back to sound health, the customers have an opportunity of carrying out these repairs out of revenue expenditure without incurring capital expenditures. Pilot Scale Equipment for field trails

Many a time it becomes necessary to conduct pilot scale tests with larger equipment at customer operations by bleeding off a portion of the feed to the pilot scale machines to establish and study the effectiveness of the technology and realization of test objectives prior to investing valuable resources in acquiring fully commercial scale equipment. The advantage of these tests is the possibility to scale up the pilot scale machine linearly for commercial scale applications. Customers are requested to contact us for examining the possibility of implementing these solutions as we do have equipment available with us for carrying out these field trials.
